After the airport formalities at Lisbon International Airport (LIS), you will be collected outside customs and transferred, by an English speaking chauffeur in a deluxe vehicle Mercedes. You will be transferred towards Montemor-o-novo, enjoy a 1 hour and a half ride, you will find a paradise, the Alentejo Region. Check-in at L'AND Vineyards Wine Luxury Resort. Breakfast at the hotel. The Chauffeur is waiting for you in the lobby of the hotel. Take part in a Cooking Workshop with Sofia. Meet Sofia, your private local chef, at Praça do Giraldo, in front of the Tourism Office. The cooking experience takes place in a traditional 18th-century family home, inside the walls of historic Évora, near the ancient Jewish quarter. Portuguese cuisine is rich in flavors, thanks to the country's ideal climate and landscape, offering a variety of ingredients such as pork, lamb, beef, rabbit, fish, shellfish, and quail. The workshop adapts to different dietary restrictions, ensuring a personalized experience. Key ingredients include olive oil, garlic, onion, and aromatic herbs such as coriander, parsley, oregano, thyme, rosemary, pennyroyal, and chives.
Breakfast at the Hotel. The Chauffeur is waiting for you in the lobby of the hotel. Arrive at the stunning Quinta Dona Maria, where you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink. The estate's history dates back to the 17th century, when King João IV gifted the land to a lady of his royal court. Today, it stands as a prestigious wine estate, blending tradition with modern winemaking techniques. Your visit includes a tour of the 18th-century chapel, consecrated to Nossa Senhora do Carmo, a visit to the winery, where grapes are still trodden in marble lagares, preserving an ancient tradition, and a wine-paired lunch at the palace, hosted by the owner, Isabel d'Andrade Bastos, who will share insights into the estate's winemaking legacy and the family's success.

The Herdade presents itself as an Estate steeped in history, producer of outstanding quality wines. The Esporão vines are located in the heart of Reguengos de Monsaraz, where wines are more balanced and seductive, simultaneously thriving and pleasant, luxuriant and with good aging potential. If the vines are the lung of the Herdade do Esporão, the cellar is the heart that beats to the rhythm of the harvest and as the result of the work defined by the calendar and by the enology team. You will have a guided visit with Premium wine tasting. Lunch is waiting for you at Esporão Restaurant.
Breakfast at the Hotel. Begin your day at São Lourenço do Barrocal, a historic estate that has been in the same family for over 200 years. Nestled in a former Alentejo hill and influenced by the Alqueva Lake, the property enjoys a unique microclimate with hot, dry days and cool, damp nights, perfect for agriculture and winemaking. Join the agricultural tourism team on a walk to the ancient olive groves of the Barrocal, where you will learn more about the fascinating olive tree and its fruit, the olive. Finish the tour at the olive press, learning how it works and doing a technical olive oil tasting. Then, savor a delightful picnic experience. Among the seven hundred hectares of São Lourenço do Barrocal is the perfect spot for a picnic.
